Our facility is meticulously designed with the safety and comfort of your cat in mind. Entrance is equipped with double door entry, to enhance security. Inside, you will find safe and secure cat condos alongside a spacious play area that is both homely and inviting. Fully insulated and climate-controlled throughout the year, our cattery offers a tranquil space for your cat, away from the distractions of canine visitors, ideal for exploration and relaxation.
Each cat is provided with a private room furnished with a cozy bed, allowing them to unwind in peace during their stay. Suitable feline family members are able to share playtimes and a conjoining room, promoting a sense of familiarity and comfort.
When arranging a stay for your feline companion, you have the option to select between our Classic or Luxury Accommodation.
In our Classic Accommodation, your cat will reside in an individual, secure condo designed for their well-being. Each condo includes a comfortable bed for snuggling, along with blankets, and distinct areas for dining and toileting. This setup ensures ample space for your cat to stretch and move freely, providing them with a pleasant and relaxing holiday experience.
For those seeking an elevated experience, our Luxury Accommodation offers your cat unparalleled comfort. Here, they will enjoy a spacious and secure room equipped with two plush beds for relaxation, an assortment of cushions, blankets, and a personal cat hammock. Additionally, the room features a scratching post, chandelier, and separate dining and toileting areas, ensuring a truly luxurious retreat for your pet.
We tailer playtimes to suit your cats personality, needs and likes, there will be plenty of one on one attention, cat games and fun toys to play with during their holiday. Cats love to relax on our cat hammocks which are located around our cattery play area, while watching the world go by or soaking up some sun.
We also provide additional Enrichment Activities, designed to enhance your cat’s experience during their holiday.
Playtimes are supervised by our qualified staff at all times and condos are cleaned while cats are out exploring our cattery and enjoying themselves.
After your cat has enjoyed their holiday, a nice warm towel treatment and brush, can be an excellent way to prepare them for the journey home.

In case of any health emergencies, we have 24-hour access to local veterinary services. Additionally, we maintain a secure file with both a secondary and an emergency contact for each pet, ensuring prompt communication if any urgent situation arises.
During your cat’s stay we offer a complimentary photo, which we share on our social media platforms. This way, you and your family can stay updated and connected with your cat’s holiday experience, even when you’re away.

Can my cat board with another cat?
In Victoria, regulations stipulate that cats must be housed individually unless they are compatible cats from the same household. In such cases, owners must sign an agreement upon arrival to allow their cats to be housed together. Cats from the same household can also participate in shared playtimes, provided the owner grants permission. It is important to note that cats from different households are not allowed to interact with each other. However, all cats will receive personalized attention and interaction from our staff during their stay.
Can I or a friend visit my cat during their holiday?
When considering a visit to your cat while they are on holiday with us, it’s important to understand the potential impact on your cat’s experience. We generally advise against such visits, as they can lead to confusion for your cat. They might not fully grasp why a familiar face would appear and then depart without them. Our goal is to help them acclimate to their temporary environment, allowing them to form a bond with our staff and partake in a variety of comforting activities, such as cuddles, pats, and pampering.
To keep you connected with your cat, we offer several communication options. With your consent, we share photos and videos of your cat’s stay on our Social Media pages. Additionally, we provide a pet update service through Email, Facebook messages, or Phone Calls. You may also opt for additional Enrichment Video Calls to stay in touch with your cat visually.
If a visit is absolutely necessary during a prolonged stay, we recommend scheduling these appointments in advance, ideally at the time of drop-off, and limiting them to essential occasions. This approach ensures minimal disruption to your cat’s routine and aids in maintaining their comfort and happiness.
How often do we feed?
Each cat is provided with meals twice daily, once in the morning and once in the evening. The diet consists of premium dry kibble complemented by variety of different tin meats.
During the booking process and upon arrival, we inquire about any specific feeding requirements or preferences your cat may have. This information is carefully documented in your cat’s confidential record to ensure their dietary needs are consistently met.
Can I bring my cats own food?
You are welcome to provide your cat’s own food, especially if they have specific dietary needs, are selective eaters, or have health-related dietary restrictions. Our staff are trained in accurately measuring and administering any special feeding requirements your cat may have.
During the booking process and upon arrival, we will inquire about the type of food your cat consumes at home, the feeding frequency, and the reasons for any special dietary needs.
We encourage owners to bring their cat’s own food if it aligns with the pet’s conditions. There is no additional charge for accommodating special feeding instructions. However, we do ask that any pre-cooked meals be pre-portioned and clearly labelled with your cat’s full name prior to your arrival. This ensures that we can store and administer the meals appropriately. For those meals that require refrigeration or freezing, we have the necessary facilities to keep the food fresh and safe for your pet.

Every cat is provided with a soft bed, cozy bedding, and blankets to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Additionally, cats can enjoy a variety of toys during their play sessions.
If you prefer to bring your cat’s personal blanket or favourite toy for an anxious cat, please limit it to one item. We kindly request that this item be clearly labelled with your pet’s full name. It is important that these items are easily washable and dryable, as we will clean them if necessary, during your cat’s stay.
Please note that we will not require your cat’s personal collar and /or car crate during their stay. These items will be removed upon arrival and handed back. Remember to bring them for your cat’s Departure process.
Should I bring anything with me when arriving my cat?
Please bring along your cats up to date yearly vaccination certificate. Your cat’s medication/s and /or special food/s and any important information on special medications, health concerns / issues or feeding requirements.
All cats need to arrive correctly restrained so if you wish to leave your cats collar and/or cat carrier with us we can label and store ready for their departure.

For cat’s receiving a bath or grooming services at the conclusion of their visit, we offer specialized products designed for sensitive skin.
If your cat tends to develop skin irritations, we kindly request that you provide their specific creams, skin care products, or bathing items for use during their stay. This ensures that we can maintain your cat’s comfort and health effectively.
We advise owners to clearly label all products with their cat’s full name prior to arrival.
